About The Job
- Create fundamental process blueprints (PFDs, P&IDs) and design thermal equipment and specify technical data.
- Perform critical safety calculations (pressure relief, flare load & blowdown calculations) and manage hydraulic system modelling and pressure drop analysis.
- Maintain project-critical lists (Equipment, Line, C&E) and ensure operational safety through HAZOP participation and HSE risk mitigation.
- Develop technical proposals and cost estimates while drafting the procedures and manuals required for facility startup and operation.
About The Requirement
- More than 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry as a Process Engineer
- Experienced in proposals, project management & execution
- Candidate with prior operations experience in O&G facilities can be considered
- Familiar with applicable codes, standards, specifications and regulations in O&G industry.
- Experience in basic design and/ or detailed design with HYSYS
- Priority given to Senior Process Engineers from a Gas Processing background
