Job Overview:

The Senior Procurement Admin has developed specialized Procurement-specific skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. They can provide support to their team with a limited degree of supervision. The Senior Procurement Admin can be an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. The Senior Procurement Admin is skilled in various processes, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Supply Chain Admin Supervisor
  • Acts as a source of help and support to less experienced administrators
  • Identify problem areas and escalate as appropriate
  • Manage the vendor pre-qualification process
  • Manage the vendor performance measurement
  • Manage and resolve invoice disputes
  • Compile and issue sub-contract documentation
  • Work with the Company Supplier Registration, Qualifications, and procurement systems
  • Understand Supplier Registration Qualification principles and systems
  • Maintain records of stock movements and produce monthly stock reports
  • Inventory control of stock and availability management of spares to meet the demand levels

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with a background in Procure to Pay and Shared Service Delivery model
  • Be highly organized with high attention to detail
  • Be able to maintain control, while remaining flexible
  • Knowledgeable in IT Equipment and consumables ordering via the procurement channel
  • Understand the Unifi process
  • Able to navigate the procedures to find answers
