Job Description

Job Title : Senior Procurement & Contracts Executive

Location : Johor,Gelang Patah

Contract: 2 yrs

Job Description:

Data Centre And MEP exp Must

Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, especially Data Centre industry preferred.
  • Having knowledge across Cost Management deliverables including but not limited to:

Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Cost reporting, Procurement,

Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out is an advantage.
