Adopt best contract management practices in Civil & Projects during post contract stages for the ensure projects are executed within time frame with best quality and cost.
Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle i.e. perform contract monitoring such as progress meeting with stakeholders, tracking contract performance/dispute and ensuring all parties adhere to their obligations and deadlines (KPI/SLA), monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions, including regulatory and legal requirements.
Arrange, review and verify post contract deliverable including rationalisation of rates, contract document, certification of payment for progress claim and final account up to PO closure to ensure the projects are executed within time frame and to ensure the claim submitted by contractors and consultants are as per agreed contract terms and submission to Government for endorsement.
Arrange, assist and review the Variation Order (VO) submitted by Contractor including finalization of VO documentation and negotiation on rates and to provide relevant information to requestor to create PR after VO approved.
Review the Extension of Time (EOT) including evaluation/review proposal from consultant and contractor and to Letter of Extension upon EOT has been approved.
Assist Contract Manager draft contractual letter to Government related to the project.
Review pre-tender requirements including estimate, tender preparation, evaluation with technical to ensure procedure are followed according to the best procurement practice for other phases.
Review and enhance innovation to the existing procurement processes in order to align with any initiative impose by the management and Government Authorities.
Requirement
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years in handling projects, contracts and operation matters
