  • Responsible for coordinating with Business Units on a daily basis regarding purchase requests.
  • Oversees contract managements between vendors, legal team and Business Units.
  • Ensuring all procurement processes are in compliance with Procurement Policy.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day placement of high value purchase orders.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct negotiations and establish contractual agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Monitor and tracking on purchases and expense reports on a weekly basis, but not limited to cost analyses and suppliers performance.
  • Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
  • Assist and support in all areas for the procurement team whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least 2-3 years experience in procurement scope.
  • Based in Mercu 2, with flexibility to travel to other sites/warehouses as required for project execution.
  • Required computer skill(s): Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
  • Strong negotiation and analytic skills, proactive, able to adapt to new environments quickly and willing to learn.
  • Strong understanding on P2P (purchasing to payment) process.
  • Good communication skills and able to articulate.
