Your Role And Responsibilities
- Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
- Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
- Support Sourcing Professionals in creating global agreements with awarded suppliers (when needed)
- Assist Sourcing Analysts and Sourcing Professionals on complex RFQ projects
- Engage suppliers on NDA/CDA agreement completion and handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
- Participate in client discussions on cost modeling and present cost structures to relevant business units
- Lead Supplier Performance Management activities with suppliers and business stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing Professionals on project-related data and requirements
- Assist in Supplier Scorecard development and provide category-specific guidance
- Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for complex cases
- Support middle and back-office procurement tasks as assigned based on complexity
- Conduct market intelligence and supplier identification based on business requirements
- Assess sourcing requirements and route work to Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Professional based on complexity
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Fluent in English and Mandarin communication (spoken and written)
- 23 years of procurement experience
- General knowledge of end-to-end sourcing activities
- Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle)
