This position reports to Head of IT & Product Procurement.
Job Overview
As our Senior Procurement Specialist, focusing on IT & Product, you will be the strategic partner to our sourcing team. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver procurement solutions supporting our tech infrastructure, digital platforms, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing strategies for IT systems, software, network infrastructure, and product-related services that align with TIME dotComs goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to co-develop procurement strategies that support innovation, scalability, and business growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions through procurement insights, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
- Use advanced analytics, spend data, and market trends to uncover opportunities for cost optimization, supplier innovation, and long-term value creation, reflecting best practices in leading global tech environments.
- Own the end-to-end tender process from RFX to contract negotiation ensuring compliance, transparency, and maximum value.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 810 years of experience in procurement, preferably in technology, telecommunication, or IT.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Having CIPS, CPSM, or PMP certification is desirable.
