Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Producer role for the HRDF Public Training Program is based in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end production of training programs, developing training content with subject matter experts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality program execution. The Senior Producer will also oversee timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure the successful delivery of each training session.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in program management, event planning, and schedule coordination
• Experience with training content creation, curriculum development, and facilitation
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) requirements and training industry standards is a plus
• Proven record of managing and executing large-scale projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
