Product Expertise: Master in-depth knowledge of all Xiaomi hardware, software, and services, and clearly articulate their features and benefits. Serve as the go-to resource for product guidance within the store team.
Sales & Service: Actively listen to customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and handle inquiries or technical support with professionalism.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a positive environment and deliver seamless end-to-end service.
Store Operations Support: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales analysis, visual merchandising, inventory management, and campaign execution.
Continuous Learning: Proactively participate in company training to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service innovations.
Requirements:
Passion for retail, fast-learning mindset, strong teamwork, and a sense of ownership.
Prior frontline retail experience preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi's New Retail model is a plus.
1+ years of sales experience in mobile/consumer electronics retail (preferred).
Diploma/Degree or above; presentable appearance and demeanor.
