THE ROLE:
We are the Central Engineering team providing test solutions for Enterprise New
Product Introduction (NPI) under the Product Engineering Organization. We do exciting
product development for leading-edge technology that willpower the next generation processors
used for high performance computing, data centers, and enterprise servers.
As a Senior Product Development Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in silicon bring-
up, characterization, product definition, and yield optimization for next-generation
products. You will mentor junior engineers, drive cross-functional problem-solving, and
influence product strategy through data-driven insights and deep technical ownership. This
role spans device characterization, yield analysis, test content optimization, and product
definition to ensure robust ramp-to-production and world-class quality.
THE PERSON:
We're looking for an engineer with strong technical depth and a passion for driving solutions
across complex problems. Someone who not only learns continuously but also actively shares
expertise and elevates the capabilities of the broader team. The ideal candidate brings a data-

clear direction and action. The engineer should be an effective communicator — able to
influence partners across global teams, articulate technical insights, and drive alignment
among diverse stakeholders. We value someone who is proactive, highly collaborative, and
comfortable leading discussions, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to a culture of
excellence. This person thrives in fast-paced NPI environments, takes ownership of outcomes,
and plays a key role in enabling overall team and product success.

parametric shifts, system sensitivities, and failure signatures. Drive root-cause
investigations and collaborate with design, test, and diagnostics teams to close issues.
fixes, and validate improvements. Track and interpret yield trends across defectivity,
structural, and parametric components. Guide test content owners on pattern health,
coverage gaps, and debug prioritization.
performance/power guard-bands, and speed-bin rules. Align product definition with
business goals, technical feasibility, and manufacturing capability. Partner with
cross-functional teams to ensure final definitions translate to robust distribution and yield
targets.
