BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand B2C operator who are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product planning and detailed requirements design, backend product prototype design, communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and delivering solutions. Write research reports, requirements specifications, and project solutions.
- Analysis on user needs, market demands, and business requirements to continuously optimize the product and improve product quality.
- Regularly conduct data analysis and evaluation of the product, the overall industry, and competitors, and propose product improvement plans.
- Responsible for optimizing the product's user experience, improving functionality, enhancing product stability, and improving user experience.
- Actively cooperate with operations and project departments to track product implementation effects and business development, optimize business processes, and continuously improve the product.
- Coordinate resources from all parties and collaborate with the R&D department to ensure the product is implemented according to design processes and specifications.
- Participate in new product design, market research, competitor analysis, and requirements analysis.
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years or above product experience, internet industry background, experience in overseas international project management is preferred.
- Experience with blockchain games/HASH games/comprehensive platform project management is preferred.
- Proficient in relevant product tools such as Axure, and required to provide prototype designs.
- Familiar with product design and development processes, and proficient in writing product requirement documents.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, positive attitude, outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
