What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive Project Leadership Experience: Over 15 years of managing project delivery and program support in Shared Services, E-Commerce, or BPO environments, with proven success leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
- Strong Technical & Methodological Expertise: Holds a degree in a relevant field with preferred certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM), and is proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional Soft & Strategic Skills: Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and team development abilities, with a proactive mindset and adaptability in fast-paced, complex project environments.
