Job Description
Key role and responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies and business plans
to achieve commercial objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, assess
competitive landscapes and understand customer needs.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products, from pre-launch through postlaunch phases.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and other departments to
ensure timely product development and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor product performance, assess market trends, and adapt strategies to
optimize product success.
- Commercialization and Launch:
- Lead the development and execution of launch plans, including marketing
campaigns, sales training, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with commercial teams to develop and implement sales strategies
and tactics.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners for product promotion and
market entry.
- Financial and Performance Analysis:
- Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to make
informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and - -presentations for senior management and other
stakeholders.
- Customer and Market Engagement:
- Engage with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry
stakeholders to gather feedback and build relationships.
- Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and events to represent the
company and promote its products.

What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 37 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles
- Experience managing products across their lifecycle (launch, growth, maturity)
- Strong product strategy and planning capabilities
- Market analysis, forecasting, and budget management experience
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply teams
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
