Senior Product Owner (Manager) - BI & Insights Analytics

We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Owner to lead our BI & Insights squad. In this role, you won't just manage dashboards—you will champion the adoption of GenBI and intelligent automation across multiple markets in APAC. The Role at a Glance

As a Product Owner and Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Data Analysts, Engineers, and Developers. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our analytics products deliver real-world impact and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Squad Leadership: Lead and mentor BI squads using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver scalable, automated analytical solutions.
• Strategic Product Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle—from requirement capture and backlog refinement to QBRs and user adoption.
• GenBI Innovation: Drive the shift toward self-service analytics and emerging AI techniques (e.g., PowerBI Copilot, Snowflake Cortex).
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner with Risk, Tech, and Business leaders across APAC to align the analytics agenda with corporate goals.
• Standardization: Eliminate redundant manual reporting by championing automation and simplified BI processes.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in analytics leadership or product ownership in a regional/multi-market context.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik). Exposure to Python or ML is a big plus.
• Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of sprint planning, iterative delivery, and managing technical backlogs.
• Communication: Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
