Your new role
As a Senior Digital Product Specialist, you will define future-state digital solutions by translating complex business and customer requirements into actionable product outcomes. You will work closely with technical teams and vendors to evaluate solutions, own and prioritise the product backlog, and ensure delivery teams remain focused on high-value initiatives. You will lead customer journey mapping and business process modelling exercises, drive SIT and UAT activities, and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the product life cycle. You will also proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with qualifications in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- 8-10 years of experience delivering digital solutions or software projects.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating innovative digital products that solve business and customer challenges.
- Advanced expertise in Customer Journey Mapping, Empathy Mapping, and Business Process Modelling.
- Deep experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including leading sprints and retrospectives.
- Experience with mobile or web-based digital products within healthcare or other highly regulated environments will be advantageous.
