Job Description

Key Responsibilities

To achieve sales budget set.
To technically support and attend the clinical cases assigned.
To build and develop professional relationship with key opinion leaders.
To assist and participate with product demonstrations and introduction of new technologies.
To attend as many clinical cases as required and possible.
To support account training program (in-service) as required.
To provide market intelligence.
To participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
Provide sales and technical support assistance to junior product specialists as directed.
Any other task assigned by the Management.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales, orthopedic clinical support, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical devices - particularly Sports Medicine - Knee ACL / Shoulder procedures
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
