Job Description: Lead process optimization and continuous improvement (4M, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) projects on production lines. Possess good leadership ability and adapt to the company's Core Values. Analyze and solve daily production issues to ensure smooth operations. Implement OEE improvement strategies and downtime reduction initiatives. Support new product or equipment introduction and standardization of work procedures. Monitor safety and quality compliance, coordinating with QA and maintenance teams. Train and mentor production engineers or line leaders. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. MUST be able to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous process industries would be an advantage Hands-on experience with production line troubleshooting, lean tools (5S, root cause analysis, SPC), and automation systems. Able to articulate situational questions during interview. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills. Familiar with ERP or MES systems (added advantage). |
