Job Responsibilities
- Support technical development activities related to manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and production process improvements.
- Lead and execute installation, commissioning, and start‑up of new equipment, including inspection machines, conveyors, and processing machinery.
- Perform machine adjustment, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure stable operation and product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, uptime, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams, responding quickly to equipment issues and process deviations.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance support, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment‑related problems.
- Support basic PLC, robot, and automation programming tasks, including parameter adjustment and minor logic modifications.
- Coordinate with regional and global engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment of equipment standards, projects, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with exposure in machine adjustment, tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in automation projects and PLC would be added advantage.
