About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Production & Sourcing Manager to lead our supply chain and production operations.
This role is responsible for end-to-end production management, supplier sourcing, and inventory planning, ensuring our products are produced on time, at the right quality, and at competitive costs.
We are looking for someone who already has strong factory relationships and supplier networks and can help us scale our production capabilities across multiple countries.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Manage end-to-end production timelines from sampling to bulk production and delivery
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time production and shipment
- Track production milestones including sampling, approvals, bulk production, and logistics
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as delays or quality concerns
Supplier Sourcing & Factory Network Development
- Identify and onboard new garment factories and suppliers
- Leverage existing supplier relationships across China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, or other production hubs
- Conduct supplier evaluations based on quality, price, MOQ, and lead time
- Lead negotiations on pricing, production capacity, and terms
- Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships
Inventory Planning & Replenishment
- Work with internal teams to forecast demand and plan production quantities
- Manage inventory replenishment planning based on sales performance and STR targets
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overproduction
Product Testing & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate product sampling and testing processes
- Ensure production meets brand quality standards
- Manage quality inspections and resolve production defects with suppliers
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in apparel production, sourcing, or merchandising
- Experience working with garment factories and overseas suppliers
- Existing network of apparel manufacturers or suppliers
- Strong understanding of garment production processes and timelines
- Experience negotiating pricing, MOQs, and supplier terms
- Highly organized with strong project and timeline management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
Preferred:
- Experience in activewear / sportswear production
- Familiarity with technical fabrics and performance materials
