Develop Program Strategies for the given problem statement or a specific goal
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Initiative
Focus and support the strategic direction of the Project Program/ Portfolio
Creating and managing long-term program goals
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program (If delivery ownership is on PGM)
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Lead and Direct Project Management Teams to achieve ultimate Program goals
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, On Time Delivery, quality, and team performance
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Lead and provide directions to the Project Managers of the Program and Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Analyzing program risks and provide mitigation plans
Working on Program delivery strategy with the sales team and the functional organizations
Person Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Project Management, IT or related field (B.Sc.)
12+ year(s) experience in software Industry with minimum 4 years of program management experience
PMP, SAFE, CSM Certifications or masters degree with Management will be an added advantage
Broad knowledge on various Project/ Program Management Frameworks
Proven experience in Leading and Directing Complex, multi vendor programs
Ability to define Project/ Program Management standards and processes
Proven experience in program management & Strategic Management
Ability to Train and Groom Project Management teams
Proven stakeholder management skills
Ability to learn and direct programs in a short time
Technical and business stakeholder management
Hands on experience in Project management Tools in terms of E2E Release planning, Dashboards and Reporting
