Senior Program Manager

Overview

We're seeking a strategic, execution-focused Program Manager to lead complex initiatives across CRM and large-scale business applicationsparticularly those relevant to data center operations and global sales enablement. This role demands deep experience managing distributed programs across multiple workstreams, platforms, and geographies.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end program delivery for CRM and business-critical applications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

- Oversee cross-functional initiatives tied to large-scale data center operations and global sales workflows

- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across engineering, product, and business teams

- Ensure alignment across global stakeholders, balancing regional needs with enterprise standards

- Identify and mitigate risks across distributed systems and integrations

- Partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize platform performance and scalability

Qualifications

- 7+ years of program management experience in enterprise SaaS or infrastructure environments

- Proven success with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

- Experience managing global, distributed programs with multiple dependencies

- Familiarity with data center operations, sales enablement tools, and business application ecosystems

- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and non-technical audiences

- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
