We're looking for a results-driven digital specialist with strong hands-on experience in DV360, Meta, and performance-led digital campaigns. You will lead end-to-end programmatic and biddable media execution from planning and activation to optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance storytelling. This role requires deep platform mastery, strong curiosity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic & Biddable Strategy
- Lead programmatic and paid media strategy across assigned clients.
- Translate briefs into clear media plans using platform and audience insights.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and recommend test-and-learn approaches.
- Present insights, learnings, and performance updates confidently to internal teams and clients.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Independently manage full campaign lifecycles across DV360, Meta, and other DSPs.
- Ensure accurate setup, pacing control, targeting, and continuous optimisation.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies, under-delivery, or tracking issues using a data-led approach.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates.
- Uphold best practices in QA, trafficking, tagging, and tracking.
Platform, Partners & Inventory
- Work closely with publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and tech partners.
- Explore PMPs, inventory quality, brand safety tools, and emerging platform features.
- Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams on measurement, attribution, and insights.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, billing, and finance reconciliation.
- Follow internal governance, SLAs, and processes across all activation tasks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and platform knowledge sharing.
Key KPIs
- Accuracy of campaign setup, pacing, and delivery.
- Quality of insights, reporting, and recommendations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in DV360 and Meta activation.
- Strong understanding of SEA digital media best practices and audience strategies.
- Familiarity with CM360, DCO, analytics platforms, Looker Studio, or dashboard tools.
- Advanced Excel, data interpretation, and visualisation skills.
- Strong QA discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data.
- Self-driven, proactive, and confident working independently and with teams.
- Strong English written and verbal skills.
