This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Analyst role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Project Analyst will handle project scoping, execution, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive reports, and presenting actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves evaluating project risks, creating plans to mitigate them, and ensuring milestone completion within deadline schedules. Collaborating with global teams to meet organizational objectives and providing expertise on continuous process improvements form core functions of this role.

• Proven experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Risk Assessment
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Report Development, and Problem-Solving
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and digital transformation strategies (preferred)
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• Experience in a multinational or technology-focused environment is a plus
