Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper coordination and completion of the projects assigned
Assist in the development and implementation of the project proposals
Compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in project documentation, presentation, etc
Ensure that the project is completed satisfactorily adhering to the requirements mentioned in the contract
Constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports
Ensuring projects adhere to the process frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

Person Specifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Project Management, IT or related field (B.Sc)
3+ year(s) experience in Software Industry with minimum 1 year with leadership role
CSM Certifications will be an added advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
Excellent Leadership skills
Proficient in various computer applications Eg: MS Office, MS Project, JIRA
Ability to work under pressure and complete the project on the given deadline
Ability to establish healthy working relationship within the organization and the clients
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail
