Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years Maintenance, Engineering, Plant Operations, Construction Experience
- Fitness to Work (Shell AME)
- Appropriate skill sets and experience in Brownfield Project Execution
- OGSP/CIDB
Responsibilities
- Participate with Shell Contract and Procurement (C&P) in tendering stage until award of the work including Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE).
- Manage the Implementation Contractor at Execute phase, from Kick Off Meeting, Progress Meetings, JMS & JHA Review, etc, ensuring Client's requirements are complied with.
- To assist Site Project Manager in asset integrity according to preventive maintenance schedule. Liaise with vendors/ 3rd party to perform maintenance scopes at site.
- To assist Site Project Manager to ensure smooth & safe operations of the facilities.
- Managing and Documenting Project Risk in the Risk Register
- Manage update the project drawings and handover to DGIP for uploading into EDMS
- Provided Master Data (MRD) submission prior project completion (Equipment master plan) as maintaining the asset
- Reviewed technical documents such as engineering design, work method statement, procedure, project execution plan and etc which inclusive of consultant and contractor deliverables
- To ensure project is compliance with Shell Distribution Global Assurance Maintenance & Execution (D-GAME) process and local Authorities.
- Participate in HSSE Reviews such as Project Constructability Review, HEMP, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS discussion.
- Participate Inspection, Toolbox, Line Walk and other Safety Campaign organised by Company, Client and Contractor
- Support Management of Change (e-MOC) process by submitting required documents before Project Execution
- Provided monthly project progress update in Shell Global PMR 3.0 system
