Senior Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Project Engineer to support the design, programming, and commissioning of automation systems across a range of process and facility environments. This role involves hands-on engineering work for high-performance, compliance-driven, and fast-paced projects that demand precision, reliability, and system resilience.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver automation solutions that support mission-critical operations and regulated production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for process and facility automation.

Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and site troubleshooting activities.

Ensure automation systems align with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Integrate field instrumentation and control devices using standard industrial protocols.

Prepare technical documentation including system architecture, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commissioning teams to deliver systems on schedule.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering field.

8+ years of hands-on experience with automation projects.

Strong proficiency with PLC platforms.

Familiarity with SCADA/HMI platforms and industrial networking.

Able to work in environments with stringent operational standards and validated processes.

Comfortable interpreting engineering documentation and working across disciplines.

Able to travel occasionally for commissioning and site support.
