Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for executing automation projects involving PLC, HMI, industrial control systems, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team in planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor team on machine installation, testing, and commissioning at site
- Lead team on troubleshooting automation systems and resolve technical issues
- Ensure project delivery within time and quality standards
Requirement
- Leadership, result orientated and sense of urgency
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems
- Understanding of electrical control panels and field instruments
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Experience/ skill in design and develop PLC, HMI programs, prepare electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and documentation will be an added advantage
- Preferably possesses a good command of the Chinese language to effectively communicate with and support Chinese-speaking customers.
