Key Roles:
Project Management:
- Undertake project management / coordination roles to complete the project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction management)
- Support the project manager, perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and report on the project's status
- Ready to lead a small and medium-sized project independently
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects
- Interact with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a small team, multitasker
- Willing and able to take responsibilities
Design Management
- Manage engineering development, from feasibility study, concept design, basic design to detailed design
- Leading the technical discussions with clients during design development
- Familiar with architectural/C&S/MEP design for industrial buildings
- Well-versed with local standards/codes
- Familiar with workflow and generation engineering deliverables (incl. calculation, drawings, datasheets, specifications, BQ/MTO & etc) for permitting and tendering
- Familiar with Revit / BIM for presentation and review with clients
- Coordinate with multi-discipline engineers for design development
- Manage resources and delegate work to comply with quality and schedule requirements for projects
- Representing Rieckermann at meetings with clients and contractors
- Reporting & technical writing
- Adherence to all quality, environmental & governance processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering or related subjects
- Experience working in project management and engineering consultancy within EPC/EPCm environment is essential (min. 6 years)
- Good people management and communication skills
- Experience in industrial factory projects (EPCm / EPC)
- Experience in design for industrial projects is an added advantage
- Have detailed knowledge of appropriate technical standards
- Good report writing skills, and experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with client is essential
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the management team from time to time in order to maintain flexibility in the organisation
- Good written and verbal skills (English & Bahasa) and ability to influence and interact with all Management Levels
- Entrepreneurship, team player, self-starter and independent performer
- Willing to work at the construction site
- Available immediately or with short notice
