Summary:
To provide support to Project Team by implementing overall project strategies and objectives for smooth and successful running of major projects. Managing overall project interfaces and classification / certification of assigned project.
Job Duties:
- Assist Project Manager to complete oversight for successful execution of assigned project to meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget and schedule, in accordance with our core value.
- Advise Project Manager for potential schedule impact or cost variation arising from the interface communication and technical queries resolution.
- Develop and implement interface management procedure for exchange of interface information between internal parties (external) in any project.
- Prepare project documents including project justifications, budget analysis, calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates and schedules.
- Monitor project tasks throughout project duration to ensure that internal execution plans and performance meet project schedules, quality, budget and HSE standards.
- Provide inter-disciplines coordination.
- Integrate and optimize all activities to ensure synergy with other projects.
- Prepare project updates and any reporting required by contract.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FPSO with good planning, scheduling and coordination skills.
- More than 10 years project engineer experience in FPSO/ Topsides project management.
- Demonstrates expertise in variety of project management/operations concepts, FPSOs regulatory practices and procedures.
