Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Executive/Assistant Project Manager. Assisting Project Manager in the end-to-end project lifecycle - from planning approvals to completion. Will be assisting in high-end residential developments.

The key objective of this role is to ensure timely delivery of Planning Permission (DO/KM), Building Plan (BP), Project Launch, Tender Award and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in accordance with the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

1.Assist on managing overall project planning, design coordination, resource planning, and work programme development.

2.Ensure timely submission and approval of DO/KM, BP, and other statutory approvals in line with project milestones.

3.Work closely with consultants to prepare tender and construction drawings, manage contract tender & awards, and administer contracts.

4.Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met

5.Ensure construction works are completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, branding requirements, and schedule.

6.Manage documentation including verification of consultants, contractors claims and certifications.

7.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
