- Support the Senior Project Manager in reviewing technical documents and implementing QESH management system policies. Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with local regulations, drawings, specifications, and Qlassic/Conquas standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests, liaise with consultants, and ensure timely approvals and clearances from local authorities. Oversee property management during the JMB period, adhering to the Strata Management Act.
Duties and Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in reviewing documents, focusing on technical aspects, prior to awarding any tender package.
- Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions relevant and required by the QESH management system, including the Project Quality Plan, Qlassic & Conquas.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor contractors activities at project sites.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions, meeting intended Qlassic/Conquas scoring.
- Ensure inspections and tests are conducted as per Inspection and Test Plans, with results conforming to specifications and drawings.
- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical queries raised internally or by contractors.
- Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation, record-keeping, and report generation as required.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by superiors to support project needs and organizational goals.
Position Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or a related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management within the construction industry.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4.Knowledge in various design software, such as AutoCAD.
5.Experience in dealing with local authorities.
6.Strong ability to communicate articulately with people and work effectively as part of a team.
7.Consultant / strong technical background will be an advantage.
