Role Summary

The Senior Project Executive, Technical Services will support the Design & Technical Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering project-related technical activities to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with project standards. This position reports to the Technical Manager and the Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Manager in preparing detailed technical submissions including method statements, material submissions, presentation slides, technical sketches, feasibility studies, cost analyses, and related documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate design development activities, ensuring full technical compliance and alignment with project specifications and design requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate all technical submissions such as construction progress reports, internal SRF, consultant SRF, issuance drawings, ICE reports, technical approvals, design calculations, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring all technical documentation, approvals, and progress status are properly recorded and monitored.
  • Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and progress to ensure work schedules, budget allocations, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Contract, and Procurement teams to support smooth project execution and technical compliance.
  • Carry out site visits, prepare status reports, and provide updates to the Technical Manager or Project Management.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as instructred by the Project Manager and Head of Technical Services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction, infrastructure, development, or project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows and technical documentation processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and challenges simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project tools and software.
  • Strong analytical thinking, reporting capability, and risk awareness with a continuous improvement mindset.
