Job Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collect system/website/ application issues impacting client trading experience from sales teams or relevant stakeholders and translate them into structured technical requirements for Backend teams.
- Maintain continuous stakeholder communication by providing timely and transparent updates on request status, progress, and expected resolution timelines.
- Coordinate escalation of complex, high-impact, or time-sensitive issues to senior management, ensuring proper prioritization and swift resolution.
- Facilitate cross-department alignment discussions when requirements involve multiple stakeholders or conflicting priorities.
Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management
- Ensure optimization requests are properly documented with sufficient business context, impact assessment, and technical clarity before submission to backend teams.
- Track and monitor the full end-to-end lifecycle of each optimization project, from submission to resolution, ensuring SLA adherence and process compliance.
- Analyze operational effort across optimization projects, including time, manpower, and system resources, to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
- Support backend and technical teams by providing business clarification, user scenarios, and requirement refinement to ensure accurate implementation.
Process Standardization & Improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of tools, templates, workflows, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in backend operationsor project management, preferably in the forex industry, with a solid understanding of forex markets, financial products and services, trading operations, etc.
- Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with proven capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
