Position Title: Project Management Executive/Senior Executive

Reporting To: Head of Rollout

Department: Engineering

Location: Petaling Jaya,Selangor, Malaysia

Job Summary:

As a Project Management Executive at Charge N Go, you will serve as the key liaison between the company and building management teams. Your main responsibilities include coordinating site access and installation, managing required documentation for regulatory submissions (ST & LC), and resolving on-site issues to ensure seamless installation and operation of EV charging stations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with building management teams and relevant stakeholders.

Collect, verify, and manage supporting documents required for ST & LC submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Coordinate with building management on site access, work schedules, shutdowns, and power turn-on activities.

Monitor and resolve daily on-site operational issues in coordination with internal technical and project teams during installation.

Ensure client satisfaction and efficiently address any operational concerns.

Liaise with internal installation teams to ensure on-time project execution and smooth site operations.

Maintain up-to-date records of communication, access schedules, and document submissions.

Support compliance and safety inspections at assigned sites.

Provide weekly updates on site progress, documentation status, and outstanding issues to the Head of Rollout.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer fronting, site coordination, or operations support.

Familiarity with regulatory submissions (ST & LC) and building access procedures is preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management systems.

Experience within the construction industry is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with property management companies or building facility teams.

Understanding of EV infrastructure installation and local regulatory requirements.

Hands-on experience managing documentation and coordination for technical site projects.

Passion for sustainability and the EV ecosystem.
