Senior Project Manager (Malaysia)

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Malaysia team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality standards across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Lifecycle Management
- Manage projects holistically from kickoff to completion, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
- Build and maintain accurate project plans, timelines, scopes, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate project requirements, schedules, deliverables, and workflows across teams.
- Support statement of work (SOW), budgeting, and operational planning processes.
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure assets, documentation, and project materials are organized and tracked effectively.
- Help streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including creative, strategy, operations, finance, and client-facing teams.
- Facilitate project touchpoints including kickoffs, brainstorms, reviews, and delivery timelines.
Communication & Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships across departments and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and transparently with teams.
- Maintain alignment across priorities, timelines, and project expectations.
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
- Understand the broader business and creative context behind projects and deliverables.
- Anticipate challenges proactively and identify practical solutions.
- Apply learnings and best practices to improve project outcomes continuously.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, production coordination, or similar functions within creative, digital, media, or advertising environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and fast-moving workflows.
- Comfortable working in high-paced and collaborative environments.
- Experience with budgeting, scoping, or SOW development is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
