Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web and mobile application projects. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in end-to-end IT project delivery (web/mobile applications)
- Strong Agile project management experience (Scrum/Kanban); PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and resource management
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience
- Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management
- Good understanding of API, microservices, and modern architectures
- Exposure to web/mobile technologies (e.g., Java, Angular, VueJS)
- Familiarity with analytics/monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, CMMI)
- Hands-on with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Experience managing cross-functional and matrix teams
- Multi-country project exposure is an added advantage
- Prior experience in Banking/Insurance domain is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web and mobile projects across the full SDLC
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and outcomes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across workstreams
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management
- Promote best practices in Agile delivery, governance, and compliance
