Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise building projects in the Klang Valley. This role will oversee the overall planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire project site as the overall person-in-charge.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities from commencement to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the site project team to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing high-rise building construction projects.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and consultants.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literate and familiar with construction project management practices.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
