Senior Project Manager - Digital Channels (Web & Mobile)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and Mobile application projects.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Manage multiple concurrent Agile projects and releases.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and project governance documentation.
• Drive collaboration between Business, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Development, QA and external vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Track project progress and provide regular executive status reporting.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead vendor management and coordinate internal and external delivery teams.

Requirements

• Senior IT Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience.
• Strong background delivering customer-facing digital transformation programmes rather than purely infrastructure or ERP projects.
• Experience managing Web, Mobile, API, and Microservices-based applications.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders, managing vendors, and delivering within regulated BFSI environments.
• PMP and Scrum certifications are strong differentiators.
