Your Responsibilities
- Act as the overall delivery lead and primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and internal teams
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Lead complex digital transformation projects involving web platforms, portals, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and data-driven solutions
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance artefacts, and regular status reporting (e.g. steering committee updates)
- Manage scope prioritisation, change requests, and delivery expectations with clients in a structured and transparent manner
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, UX, engineering, QA, vendors, and client IT teams
- Drive delivery using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies depending on project and client requirements
- Proactively identify delivery risks, compliance considerations, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
- Facilitate key project ceremonies such as kick-offs, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder workshops
- Ensure project outcomes align with agreed business objectives, transformation goals, and success metrics
- Support internal teams by removing blockers, enabling decision-making, and maintaining delivery momentum
- Work closely with Functional Leads, UX leads, and Tech Leads to translate the transformation vision into executable roadmaps and milestones
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or programme management roles
- Proven experience delivering complex digital projects (e.g. portals, platforms, CMS, mobile, cloud-based systems)
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and external vendors
- Experience managing projects in regulated or governance-heavy environments (banking, finance, government, large enterprises is a strong advantage)
- Solid understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior client and steering committee engagement
- Ability to manage ambiguity and translate high-level transformation goals into structured delivery plans
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining delivery discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience of working on digital transformation initiatives for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred), security, compliance, or enterprise architecture discussions
- Experience working with CMS platforms, enterprise integrations, or data/analytics initiatives
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications
