Job. Senior Project Manager - JB
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategic goals.
- Provide direction, guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and junior project staff.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop, review and approve detailed project plans, budgets and schedules across the project portfolio.
- Drive the flawless execution of projects, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage complex changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification and control techniques.
- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead risk management efforts to identify, assess and mitigate risks across all projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, third parties/vendors and subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report and escalate project performance, risks and issues to senior management as needed.
- Review and approve comprehensive project documentation prepared by the project team.
- Conduct performance reviews and resource planning to optimise team allocation and capability.
- Continually develop leadership skills and promote project management best practices across the organisation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field, including at least 3 year(s) in a project management or team leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale or high-rise (residential building) projects.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera.
