Job Descriptions:
Lead end-to-end event & activation delivery from planning, budgeting, vendor management, to onsite execution, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time.
Own project profitability by preparing accurate costings, negotiating vendors, and maintaining GP margin.
Manage & mentor the project team to follow SOPs, meet timelines, and uphold quality standards.
Work closely with Account Manager & Creative team to translate briefs into feasible solutions, support proposals, and ensure smooth client communication.
Implement quality control & reporting, including production feasibility checks, QA processes, and post-event reporting within 5 working days.
Job Requirement:
6+ years experience in event marketing / brand activations
Strong budgeting, costing, and margin management skills.
Deep vendor network across fabrication, AV, props, logistics, talent, and venues.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work onsite, travel, and handle long event hours when needed.
