About The Job
- Project Stewardship: Spearhead the project implementation team through construction to successful commissioning and final handover.
- Multidisciplinary Synchronization: Orchestrate seamless communication between consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure technical alignment and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate rigorous weekly and fortnightly progress reviews to mitigate risks, resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, and ensure the timely issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
- Drive project excellence by synchronizing site productivity with fiscal targets while enforcing rigorous ISO, quality, and statutory compliance to ensure a seamless, high-standard delivery.
- Construction oversight & Authorities liason.
Skills Or Qualifications Needed
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
- At least 10 years in in Property Development.
- Highly experienced in high-rised.
- Good with budget allocation & management
- Excellent technical knowledge, minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager
