Our trusted client is an established main contractor that is known for building luxury high rise projects in the Klang Valley. They are currently looking for experienced senior project managers to lead their upcoming projects.
Responsibilities :
- Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
- Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
- Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
- Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
- To report project progress to top management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience in building construction. Has high rise building construction experience will be an advantaged.
- Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
- Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.
- Computer literate.
