About the Role
Our client is a well-established technology solutions provider supporting enterprise clients across the region. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale projects, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and reporting.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within banking, financial services, or technology environments.
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects; exposure to core banking or banking platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation.
- PMP certification or equivalent is required.
- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or banking technology solutions.
- Exposure to digital banking, core banking transformation, payments, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Malaysian candidates preferred.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
