We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager to lead critical Risk & Compliance projects with an MNC Insurance client in Kuala Lumpur.
As a Project Manager, you'll manage
2-3 complex, cross-functional projects that focus on regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and governance enhancements. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, legal, compliance, and IT to deliver strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery aligned with strategic and compliance objectives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regional teams, including external vendors
- Create detailed project plans; manage budgets, resources, and timelines
- Proactively identify risks and ensure timely resolution/escalation
- Uphold strong project governance and report to steering committees and executive leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in Financial Services
- A track record of delivering business transformation projects
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory projects is a strong advantage
- Management Consultancy experience is an advantage
- Experience working in regional or global matrix environments is a plus
