Senior Project Manager / Site Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Site Manager to lead daily construction operations from planning through completion. You will balance project coordination with hands-on site leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Core Responsibilities

Site Leadership

You will set timelines, sequence daily work, and maintain an active presence on-site to direct crews, resolve technical issues, and keep construction aligned with approved drawings.

Budgeting & Compliance Enforcement

You will track expenses, oversee subcontractor performance, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure full compliance with ISO QAQC plan through regular inspections.

Stakeholder Communication

You will serve as the primary link between clients, engineers, and leadership, providing progress reports, managing scope changes, and leading site walkthroughs.

Job Requirements

2-3 years in a similar position in the construction industry

Diploma or higher in construction engineering
