Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Manage global and regional promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand direction, product launches, and commercial goals.
- Develop and manage a strategic campaign calendar across key markets, incorporating local nuances while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams — including Creative, Social, Sales, etc. — integrated, high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and relevant channels.
- Manage global collaborations with external partners and influencers to maximize campaign reach and market impact.
- Oversee campaign timelines, budget allocation, and resource planning to ensure smooth execution and measurable performance across global initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Strategic Growth
- Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to evaluate success metrics such as engagement, conversion, and sales uplift.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to refine future campaign strategies.
- Benchmarks against industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Skills & Experience that WOW US
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, or Growth Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, promotions, or brand marketing related roles — ideally within the brokerage sector.
- Proven track record leading regional or global campaigns with measurable impact on revenue or user engagement.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers, media vendors).
- Strong grasp of campaign performance metrics, analytics dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with media planning, content strategy, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
