We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our growing construction team. If you are a detail-oriented, firm and fair in negotiation and able to work independently, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning & Control

-Plan purchase schedules based on project timeline, site materials demand and stock level

-Prevent material shortage, overstocking, and urgent purchases

• Sourcing & Supplier Management

-Construction materials

-Machinery & equipment

-Subcontractor-related supplies

-Maintain approved vendor list

• Price Negotiation & Cost Saving
• Purchase Order (PO) & Documentation
• Material Delivery & Site Coordination
• Subcontractor & Supplier Payment Support
• Ensure Compliance & Internal Control
• Reporting & Management Support

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / Construction Management

Minimum 5 years experience as a Purchaser in the construction industry

Must have handled:

o Building material procurement

o M&E material sourcing

o Multiple site/project support

o Industry supplier - strong advantage

Strong in:

o Microsoft Excel

o PO & inventory tracking

Experience using:

o Accounting software

o ERP/procurement systems (added advantage)
