Senior Python Developer

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead backend development using Django. In addition to technical mastery, we need a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, articulate complex architectural decisions, and collaborate effortlessly across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django.

• Architect performant RESTful APIs and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to product managers and business teams.

• Mentor junior developers and maintain high standards via code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python backend experience.

• Expert-level proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
