Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Execute functional, API, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality and stability.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
- Investigate defects, identify root causes, and work closely with Product and Development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency, automation development, and defect analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software testing, test automation, or test development experience.
- Experience in Banking, Payment Gateway, Fintech, or Financial Services industries.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with ApiFox, Selenium, Pytest, Postman, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Java or Python.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with MySQL.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Chinese language proficiency is required to support collaboration with stakeholders and teams in China.
Good to Have
- Experience building automation testing frameworks independently.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, RocketMQ, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud).
- Experience developing testing tools or internal quality platforms.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and development workflows.
- Willingness to travel or work overseas for project assignments.
